We are currently seeking a skilled Slinger to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Split, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for assisting in the lifting and movement of heavy objects using cranes or other equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely attach and detach loads to cranes or other equipment
- Guide crane operators with hand signals or radio communication
- Inspect rigging equipment before each use and report any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Slinger preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Working Conditions:
