We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and authenticity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation work
- Develop preservation plans and strategies in accordance with local regulations and guidelines
- Prepare documents, drawings, and specifications for preservation projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the execution of preservation work to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress of preservation projects
- Research historical context and significance of buildings to inform preservation decisions
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and community members regarding preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a focus on historic preservation
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect on historic building projects
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation in Norway
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals and stakeholders
Salary: 1200$ (negotiable based on experience)
