Office Manager for Indian Candidates in Sheduva

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks
- Manage office budget and expenses, maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers for office supplies and maintenance
- Handle communication with clients, partners and other external parties
- Assist in recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
- Train and supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks as needed
- Plan and organize meetings, events and conferences as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
