QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for new software releases
- Execute manual tests and analyze results
- Identify, document, and report any bugs or issues in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Continuously improve testing procedures and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with manual testing techniques and tools such as JIRA or Selenium
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Cucumber or TestComplete
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- ISTQB certification is a plus
