Network and Systems Administrator

We are in search of a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining computer networks, systems, and servers. They should have a strong understanding of network security protocols, virtualization technologies, and backup systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Manage virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), routing, switching, and firewalls
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with backup systems (Veeam or Symantec)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment. Salary will be $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
