Job Title: Contract Librarian (Muharraq, Bahrain)



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Librarian to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books and learning, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

As a Contract Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the library, including cataloging and shelving books, assisting customers with research and finding materials, and maintaining the library's collection. You will also be responsible for overseeing any contract workers or volunteers.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Library Science or a related field, as well as previous experience working in a library setting. Knowledge of library systems and technology is essential. Experience with budgeting and managing resources is also preferred.
