QA Tester

We are hiring a skilled QA Tester to join our team in Siauliai. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for various software products
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software updates
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in testing methodologies
- Mentor junior team members on testing processes and techniques

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience working with Indian clients is preferred but not required
