Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural projects
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the use of best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
- Experience working with international clients is a plus

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
