English Tutor


We are seeking a qualified English Tutor to join our team in Washington. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students of all ages and proficiency levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills in the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's needs and goals
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep students engaged and motivated
- Provide constructive feedback and track progress of students
- Identify areas for improvement and create strategies to address them
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English Tutor or related field
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to individual students
