We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Washington. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that all properties under our care are well-maintained and in good condition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor repairs such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Paint walls, fix drywall, and perform other general maintenance tasks
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for repairs
- Communicate with tenants or property owners to address any concerns or issues
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance or handyman work
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor on a regular basis
- Organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
