Indian Executive Chef
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Indian flavors and techniques
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless dining experience for guests
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
