Indian Rental Coordinator in Nairobi, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our rental company in Nairobi. As an Indian Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the rental process, including customer bookings, vehicle maintenance and repairs, and fleet management. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, including our Indian customers who prefer to communicate in their native language. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1200$, plus accommodation, free visa and ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer bookings and ensure timely delivery of rental vehicles
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular vehicle servicing and repairs
- Monitor fleet inventory levels and make recommendations for new vehicle purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including assistance in their preferred language of Hindi or other Indian dialects
- Process rental agreements, collect payments, and maintain accurate records
- Handle any issues or complaints from customers in a professional manner
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new business from the Indian community in Nairobi
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Previous experience in a rental company or similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
