Junior Software Developer


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Software Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Junior Software Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, test and maintain software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop and implement software solutions
- Write clean, efficient code in various programming languages
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software systems
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of software applications
- Assist with documentation and maintenance of software systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent English proficiency (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
