English Teacher


We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and facilitating English language classes to students of various levels and ages. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons to students
- Assess students' language abilities and create individualized learning plans
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to teaching methods as needed
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and lesson planning
- Participate in school events such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification in English as a Second Language (ESL) or similar qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English language classes to non-native speakers
- Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in another language is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and working with diverse groups of students
