Heavy Equipment Operator

We are in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your primary duty will be to safely and efficiently maneuver the equipment to complete various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience operating heavy equipment and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position that requires physical strength and stamina, as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the job site
- Read and interpret blueprints or other technical documents to complete tasks accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate machinery in a safe manner while adhering to industry standards
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for accurately following instructions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
