Foreign Language-Speaking Concierge in Herzliya

We are hiring a skilled and fluent foreign language-speaking concierge to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay.

As a foreign language-speaking concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our international guests, therefore excellent communication skills in English or any other language is required. You will need to have a deep understanding of the local area and be able to recommend and book reservations for restaurants, activities, and events. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the nearby attractions and able to provide guidance and assistance to our guests.

To excel in this role, you must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities as you may encounter various challenges while assisting our guests. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

This is a contract job with flexible working hours that may include weekends and holidays. No prior experience or specific education is necessary; however, having your own valid visa is required for this position.
