Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month including accommodation, along with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance) to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budgeting, forecasting, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management position.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
