Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Multan, Pakistan. You will be working closely with key clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to meet their expectations. Your main goal is to increase sales and revenue for the company by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team in Multan, Pakistan.
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop new business opportunities through market research, networking events, and cold calling.
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance on a regular basis.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and techniques for driving sales growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
