Legal Assistant


We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team of attorneys in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and assist with a variety of legal tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the legal field and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents under the guidance of an attorney
- Communicate with clients, court officials, and other attorneys on behalf of the firm
- Manage and organize case files, including maintaining electronic records and documentation
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients and other parties involved in a case
- Assist with drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports for attorneys
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing emails

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a law firm or legal setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month
City: Jeddah
Contract job: This is a contract position for an initial period of one year with the possibility of extension.
Experience: No prior experience required.
