Facade Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Bergen. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades. Your main duties will include conducting structural analysis, selecting appropriate materials, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of facades.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural analysis of building facades to ensure safety and stability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Select appropriate materials for facade construction based on cost, durability, and aesthetic appeal
- Oversee the installation process to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design plans
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades for any signs of damage or wear-and-tear
- Develop maintenance plans for facades to prolong their lifespan
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in facade technology, and changes in building codes
