Restaurant Manager (Isa Town, Bahrain)



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for customers
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make quick decisions under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
