Restaurant Manager (Isa Town, Bahrain)


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members in order to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that food is prepared according to company standards and customer preferences
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes or improve existing ones
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor expenses and budget to maintain profitability

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to train staff on proper practices
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Must be able to obtain a work visa for Bahrain

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Benefits:
In addition to salary, we also provide visa sponsorship for non-Bahraini nationals. However, accommodation is not provided for this position.
