Dishwasher (Indian Cuisine)


Our busy Indian restaurant in Malindi is seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work efficiently under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Assist with food prep and cleaning duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area
- Empty trash and dispose of waste according to restaurant guidelines
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset but not required
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
