We are a construction company based in Vianden, Luxembourg and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Foreman to join our team. As our Formworker Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of formwork construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize formwork construction projects according to blueprints, specifications, and deadlines
- Manage a team of formworkers and laborers, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper installation of formwork systems, including scaffolding, shoring, and bracing
- Monitor the quality of workmanship on site to ensure it meets industry standards
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth workflow on site
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that arise
- Manage material ordering and inventory for formwork projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of various formwork systems and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as required on site
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
- Fluent in English (Malayalees or Canadians preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
