Architectural Technologist

We are a leading architectural firm based in Faisalabad, seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine building designs
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and select materials for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress of projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and adherence to deadlines
- Regularly review and update designs to meet client needs and preferences
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials or techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, clients, contractors, etc.
- Visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates

Salary: 1000$ per month. Please note that salary may vary depending on qualifications and experience.

Location: This is a full-time position located in Faisalabad. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified individuals outside of Faisalabad.
