Facade Specialist - Part Time (Oslo, Norway)


We are in need of a talented and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo, Norway. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and constructing the exterior of buildings, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. Your expertise in materials, construction techniques, and design principles will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to assess existing facades and identify potential issues or improvements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Source materials and oversee their installation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in materials, and new construction techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
