We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the charming city of Vianden. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and drinks
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Must possess good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time
and lifting heavy trays or equipment
