Industrial Alpinist in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at high altitudes and in difficult-to-reach areas, including cleaning, painting, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures such as towers, bridges, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments before beginning work
- Using specialized equipment and techniques to access and navigate high-altitude work sites
- Performing tasks such as cleaning, painting, welding, and repairs on industrial structures
- Following all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient completion of projects
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism techniques (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in English
