We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, taking customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee-based beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, and espressos
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Stay up-to-date with current coffee trends and offerings

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Pakistani nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Must be fluent in English
- Part-time position without accommodation
