Senior Architect - Full Time with Accommodation (Izhevsk, Kenya)


As a Senior Architect at our firm in Izhevsk, Kenya, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that all projects are completed successfully and on time. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Manage all aspects of project planning and execution
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep track of project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
