Commercial Architect

The Commercial Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Siauliai. This role requires a high level of creativity, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture and experience working on commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency in Lithuanian is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

Salary: $1500 per month
