We are hiring an experienced Slinger to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for moving and positioning heavy objects using cranes or other equipment. Your main duties will include attaching and detaching loads, signaling the crane operator, and inspecting rigging gear for any damage or wear.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience as a Slinger and a strong understanding of safety procedures when working with heavy equipment. You should also possess physical strength and endurance to withstand long hours of work and be able to follow instructions accurately.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. For non-Kenyan applicants, we require a valid biometric passport and previous experience as a Slinger. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attach and detach loads from cranes or other equipment using proper rigging techniques
- Signal crane operators using hand signals or radio communication
- Inspect rigging gear for any damage or wear before each use
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed during lifting operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifting tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow instructions accurately to ensure the safe movement of objects
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Slinger in construction or industrial settings
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with heavy equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to withstand long hours of work outdoors
