Responsibilities:
- Perform body repair work on various types of vehicles including cars, trucks, and motorcycles
- Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Remove damaged parts and replace or repair as needed
- Straighten frames and align body panels to ensure proper fit
- Prime, sand, and paint repaired areas to match rest of vehicle
- Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
