We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a passion for design and a strong technical background to join us as an Architectural Technologist.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative designs that meet their needs and budget. Your role will involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, conducting site visits to gather information, and collaborating with contractors during the construction process.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in architectural technology or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience working in the architectural industry. You should be proficient in the use of CAD software and have a strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be liaising with clients, contractors, and colleagues on a daily basis.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to think critically. You should have a keen eye for design and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is also desirable.
