Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical skills and knowledge to assist in the design and construction of buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with laws and safety standards
- Prepare project estimates and budgets
- Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and team members throughout the project process
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
