We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
- Oversee the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure that all work is completed according to the project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor used on site
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
1200$ per month
