Construction Manager
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Buraymi. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to coordinating with contractors and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and materials
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee site operations to ensure safety standards are met
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential risks or delays
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred
