Indian Construction Manager in Al Buraymi


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to managing contractors and ensuring project deadlines are met. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Source and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project milestones are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of all project documents
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Al Buraymi or similar location
- Ability to speak Arabic
