Surveyor Assistant - Al Buraymi, Oman


We are in need of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will assist with land surveying activities, collect and analyze data, and support the overall operations of our surveying team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for geography and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect and analyze survey data to prepare accurate reports and maps
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Work closely with the surveying team to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Conduct research on properties and boundaries using public records and other resources
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveyor Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in operating surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physically fit to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
