We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure of our company. This includes managing and maintaining all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise
- Develop and implement technology strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with team members to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security measures
- Manage vendor relationships for IT services and equipment purchases
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed
- Monitor budget for IT expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, and software development
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
