We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to meet company objectives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing proper protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in information technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
