A well-established IT company in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our network and systems infrastructure. Your role will also involve monitoring network performance, ensuring security of our systems, and providing technical support to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement network security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats
- Manage user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Cisco routers/switches is preferred
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
