Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of masons to ensure the timely and quality completion of construction projects. Your main duties will include overseeing the work of masons, providing technical guidance and support, coordinating with other contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining inventory, and keeping track of project progress.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a mason, preferably in a supervisory role. A strong understanding of construction techniques and materials is essential. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders are also important.

This position requires physical strength and stamina as you will be required to work on your feet for long periods of time. Attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints are also necessary for this role.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
