Instrument Technician - Doha, Qatar


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Doha. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting and repairing a variety of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, thermocouples, and transmitters. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Preference will be given to Malayalees with English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of instruments and control systems
- Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep detailed records of work performed and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status and any potential issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential problems or malfunctions
- Provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of instruments including pressure gauges, flow meters, thermocouples, transmitters etc.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
