We are a well-established coffee shop in Manama seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee drinks to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the coffee industry or for students seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink by following recipes and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering any questions about our menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but must have a passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
