Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant in our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have
- Keep track of all customer interactions and maintain a high level of organization within the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and products/services in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must; additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: $1800/month (base salary plus potential bonuses)

City: Las Vegas (remote work options available)
