Handyman

A reputable property management company is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair, with specific experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. The Handyman will be responsible for performing various tasks such as fixing leaks, installing fixtures, repairing appliances, and completing other minor repairs as needed. Additionally, the Handyman will be responsible for completing daily maintenance checklists and reporting any major issues to management. The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1800 per month. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Nepali or English speaking candidates are preferred. Part-time positions may also be available for qualified candidates looking for flexible hours.
