Rental Coordinator - Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a reliable and organized Rental Coordinator to join our rental company in Mombasa. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish including coordinating with clients, processing rental agreements, and ensuring timely delivery and return of rental equipment. This position does not require English proficiency and is suitable for non-native speakers. This is a full-time job opportunity with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up of rental equipment as per customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all rentals, payments, and customer information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and identifying potential equipment needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili (preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
