We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic team in Oslo. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's databases, ensuring their efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of database structure and function, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain databases according to company needs
- Optimize database performance by monitoring usage, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements
- Ensure data security through regular backups, disaster recovery plans and access control
- Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures for applications
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to users
- Develop and maintain documentation of database processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery and security protocols
- Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
