Indian Administrator in Al Buraymi
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Indian Administrator to join our team in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for managers
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of expenses and prepare budget reports
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al Buraymi or willing to relocate
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
